再インストール

パソコンに電源を入れたまま、少し放っておくとブルーバックになってフリーズしてしまいます。 そのため、ＯＳを再インストールしようとしているのですが、ＶＩＳＴＡのロムをセットして電源を入れて、画面下にＷＩＮＤＯＷＳのバーが動いた後、ブルーバックになります。 内容は、 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup Options, and then select Safe Mode. No.1です。 メーカー製なら機種を英数アルファベットで正確に、自作やショップ系 ならマザーと接続、詳しい構成を補足下さい。 DVDドライブとHDDがSATA接続ならチップセットやBIOSで設定項目が違う し、Vistaでも一部ドライブでIDE互換モードでエラーもあります。 BIOSでデフォルト、初期値に戻す、CMOSクリアでもいいです。 もしくは、取説で再インストールやリカバリー部分を熟読下さい。 必要ならメーカーのFAQで探すかサポートにTELでもいいです。

回答どうもありがとうございます。 パソコンは自作です。（とはいっても知人に作ってもらいました） マザーはＰ５Ｋ　ＤＥＬＵＸＥ グラがNVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS ＨＤＤは500ＧでＳＡＴＡ接続です ＢＩＯＳとかの知識が乏しいため、できるだけくわしくご教授くだされば幸いです よろしくお願いいたします

ありがとうございます 私のレベルでは内容がよく把握できませんでした。 ハードディスクが壊れているか、ＳＡＴＡのコードの接続不良ってことでしょうか？ 一応　接続不良は確認しました。ハードディスクの破損の確認方法はわかりません。

＞ＶＩＳＴＡのロムをセットして電源を入れて、画面下にＷＩＮＤＯＷＳのバーが動いた後、ブルーバックになります。 ということは、Vistaが普通に起動しているので、BIOS入るか、メーカ ー製ならF12押して（メーカー、機種で違う）起動順序をDVDにしないと 再インストールは無理。

早速の回答をありがとうございます 画面下のバーですが、ＶＩＳＴＡの緑のバーではなくインストール前の白黒のバーなのでＤＶＤから起動していると思います。バーの上にローディング？？？とかって出ていたと思います。
