海外からのEメールの最後に以下のような文章が書かれていることがよくあると思います。 This e-mail is not a spam, if you have received this e-mail in error please read the following: This message is sent in compliance of the proposed U.S. bill SECTION 301. Per Section 301,Paragraph (a)(2)(C) of S. 1618. By providing a valid "Remove" feature it cannot be considered SPAM. We make every effort to insure that the recipients of our direct messaging are those individuals who have asked to receive additional information. あまり難しい事は抜きして、書きますね. これは、スパムを違法とする法律のことを言っています. "Remove"featureとはあなたのメールアドレスが彼ら(発信者)のリストに載っているわけで、そのリストからremoveつまり外すことができる(つまり、外して欲しいと言う事を表明できる)やり方を教えるという事を言っています. つまり、そのやり方をそこに書いてあれば、（普通はメールに"remove"と書いてを返信すれば、そのリストからはずされます）スパムとはいえないというこの法律の一部なんですね. これをRemove Featureといいます。 しかし、このことがかえって裏目に出ることが多いのです.　つまり、この”Remove"と書いたメールを送れば、もう送ってこない(そのはずなのですが)と言う事になっていますが、返事をもらった方としては、あなたのアドレスはいまだ使っている「売れるアドレス」だと言う事を証明しちゃうんですね. ですから、ほっておいた方がいいのです.と言うのがここ(アメリカ)では常識になりつつあります.

This message cannot be considered Spam as long as we include the way to be Removed, Paragraph (a)(c) of S. 1618.
