ＬａＶｉｅでＯＳを再セットアップできないで困っているんです。

ＰＣを立ち上げようとしたところ次のようなメッセージが出てしまいＯＳにまでたどり着かないんです。 困ってしまって再セットアップしようとしているんですが、よくよく説明書を読んでみると、ＷｉｎｄｏｗｓＸＰのＯＳが入っているＣＤはユーザー側で作成するらしく、運の悪いことにそのシステムＣＤを作る前にこのトラブルに見舞われてしまって、大変困っています。 どうしたらいいでしょうか？ ちなみに、ＰＣは、ＮＥＣのノートパソコンです。 ＬａＶｉｅ　Ｌ　ＬＬ５００／２ ＯＳはＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ　ＸＰ　ｈｏｍｅ　Ｅｄｉｔｉｏｎ エラ－メッセ－ジは There is an error in your config.sys file on line 9. ご愁傷様でした。 自分も全く同じ症状になったことがあります。 まず、セーフモードで立ち上がりますか？(起動時F8連打) もし立ち上がるなら、起動後Cドライブ直下のCONFIG.SYSをいったん削除し、同名の空っぽのファイルを作成してやってください。

こんにちは。ＮＥＣはリカバリーＣＤ最近ついてないんですよね。電源を入れてすぐにＦ１１を押してください。画面変わるまで連打してもかまいません。そしたら再セットアップが始められると思いますよ。やってみてください。

早速の回答ありがとうございます。 リカバリーＣＤがない状態で、なおかつ、質問のようなｃｏｎｆｉｇ．ｓｙｓエラ－が出ている状態で、再セットアップできるのでしょうか？ この場合の再セットアップはいわゆる、ＯＳの完全再インストールですか？
