すっきり!!デフラグ後起動が出来なくなりました(win98SE)

すっきり!!デフラグを実行し、再起動すると同時に電源が落ち、 それ以来、何度起動しても黒い画面に英字が出るのみで起動が出来ません。 色々と調べて見たのですが、セーフモードでの起動を試みても、同じエラー内容が表示されるばかりでどうしようもありません。 当方あまり詳しくないので、最終手段でリカバリー(PCデータ保存・抽出)などの方法もよく分かりません。 最適な処置を取りたいので、分かる方、どうか宜しくお願いします。 表示されている内容は以下です。 (実際表示されているスラッシュは全て逆スラッシュです) The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/JDISP.SYS There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 5 The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/JKEYB.SYS There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 6 The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/KKCFUNC.SYS There is an error in your CONFIG.SYS file on line 7 The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/HIMEM.SYS The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/DBLBUFF.SYS The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/BILING.SYS The following file is missing or corrupted: C:/WINDOWS/IFSHLP.SYS Warning: the high memory area (HMA) is not available. このソフトの配布元であるINASOFTのホームページに行くと、『夏場のデフラグは要注意!!』と目立つようにかかれています。 http://www.yoshibaworks.com/ayacy/inasoft/ 今更遅いのでしょうが…最も暑い盛りにデフラグを強行したため、マシンに許容範囲を超える負荷がかかってしまった可能性があります。結果としてハードディスクそのものが損傷したり、ハードウェア本体の発熱によってマシンの中枢部分にダメージが発生した可能性もあります。 データの救出などについては、タウンページなどでPCトラブルの専門業者を探して委託されるべきだろうと思います。当然有償になりますが。 私自身もこのソフトを使っていますが、全くOSが起動出来なくなるほどのダメージを与えるような不具合があるようには思えません。結果論になりますが、高温多湿なこの時期にデフラグを行うべきではなかったのかも知れません。

機動する時読み込むCONGIG.SYSに記述されているメッセージのファイルが壊れているというメッセージです。９８のCDを入れて修正インストールが必要です。

直接の回答ではありませんが、 私ならこのような危ない作業にフリーウエアは使用しません。 以下をお勧めします。 http://www.sohei.co.jp/software/diskeeper/h-edition.html WindowsXPに付属のデフラグユーティリティーは、このDeskeeperのライト版です。

ありがとうございます。 こんな事になるとは思わなかったので、今後はディスクに関するフリーソフトの使用は控えようと思います。 今後参考にさせて頂きます、ありがとうございました。

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Bja%3B311188 ここ↑にあるような方法で修復するわけですが、自分ならOSの上書きインストールするか、HDDを他のパソコンにつないでデータ吸い取った後に再セットアップします
