Acronis TrueImage Personal

Acronis TrueImage Personal２を購入しましたが具合が悪く、旧版のAcronis TrueImage Personalに戻しました。ところが「Internal error: start sector is not in uncopied area in backup\snapback.cpp」というエラーメッセージが表示され進みません。どなたか対処方法ありましたらご教授お願いします。

True Imageを使って何をしようとしていたのですか？ メッセージからは、復元操作をしているように思えるのですが。 メーカのサポートページも参考に http://www.sourcenext.info/acronis/

お世話様です。説明不足でした。 True Imageでバックアップを取ろうとしていますが、スタートして直ぐに上記メッセージでエラー終了してしまいます。 よろしくお願い致します。

    今回HDDを丸ごとバックアップしようと思い、Acronis TrueImage Personalを購入し使用しようと思っています。このようなソフトを使うのは初めてなので、ホームページににある動作環境を見ましたが、よくわからない部分があります。 「Cドライブ以外のイメージ保存ドライブとしてIDEまたはSCSIのハードディスクか、記憶型CDドライブなどが必要です。USB、IEEE1394などの記憶型CDドライブからはシステムパーティションのイメージを復元することはできません。」いう風に書いてあります。これはいったいどういうことでしょうか。未熟者ですが上記のソフトをご使用の方がおられましたら、お教え願えないでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。

    Acronis TrueImage 2016 です。 メーカではサポート終了とのことで、ここへ質問しました。 PCをシャットダウンしたら Acronis TrueImage is terminating the current operations, Please wait The computer will be turned off automatically in about two minutes. と表示が出ました。 Ｑ１． どのような意味なのか教えてください。 直訳ではなくコンピュータとして、どのような動作をしているのか？ Ｑ２． 約２分で表示が消えて、自動的にシャットダウンするのかな？ と思っていましたが約３０分たってもそのままでした。 しかたなしに強制終了しました。 これでよいのでしょうか？ それとも正しくはどうすればよいのでしょうか？ ちなみにＰＣは Dell optiplex 3020 Windows 7 Home Premium　です。
