ドライバー周りの不具合に付いて特に身に覚えがなく、説明書等を見てもWindowsのインストールがご自分で出来ないのであれば、サポートにお願いするしかないと思います。 ↓にインストール例がありますが、インストール方法はPCによって微妙に違いますので、いきなり説明を求めるレベルでは難しいと思います。

ハードウェアトラブルか、ドライバーの不具合の可能性が高いと思います。 Windowsからクリーンインストールし、SP2→INFパッチ→DirectX→各デバイスドライバー (最新) の順でパッチをあててみてください。 それでもブルー画面が出るようならハードウェアの故障と思われます。 クリーンインストールが困難なら、とりあえず最新のDirectXとデバイスドライバーをインストールして様子を見るという手もあります。

ありがとうございます。ご指摘のようにドライバー関係・・身に覚えがあります。PCを別の作業場所に移動し、他のサーバーとアクセス構築のためにドライバーを入れましたが、その後調子が悪いことに気がつきました。 WINを再インストールしてみます。アプリをもう一回入れなおすのが面倒なので、何とかなれば・・と思いましたが。 dos画面は苦手です・・・。
