今まで、海外のサイトなどから買い物をした事が無いのですが、以下のようなメールがpaypalから届きました。

Resolution Center. If, after reviewing your account information, you

あと、上記urlにアクセスし、登録したことはないのですが、パスワードを忘れた事としてメールアドレスを入力してしまったのですが、大丈夫でしょうか?
