最後の拒絶理由への応答として、意見書提出すると同時に審判請求（Appeal）をしていました。 現地代理人レターには、審判請求が必要な手続と書いてありましたが、この時点で何故必要なのでしょうか？ 何度か意見書提出の期間延長をしていましたが、 審判請求の期限は、最後の拒絶理由への応答後、拒絶の決定がでてからではないのでしょうか？ 私の立場上、国内代理人には問い合わせることができませんので、よろしく御願いします。
