ワードを起動すると Microsoft Visual C++ runtime errorが出ます。

ワードを起動すると、 Microsoft Visual C++ runtime errorと出て、Program:..\winwprd.exe　と記してあります。また、This apprication has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.と記してあります。どなたかわかる方いらっしゃいませんでしょうか。お願いします。ワードはワード２０００です。一度削除してワード２００３をインストールしても同じ症状でした。エクセルやその他のプログラムは何の問題もありません。

/a スイッチを付けて、Wordを起動してみては。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/244843/ja アドインの問題だと思いますので、問題を読み込まない /a スイッチの起動をします。 "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Winword.exe" /a これで問題なければ、以下のURLの表示順でトラブルの 原因を削除します。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259413/ja ↑の「/a スイッチを使用して Word を起動する」以降

適切なご指導どうもありがとうございました。解決しました！！Normal.dotがおかしくなっていることが判明しました。手順どおりに確認して行きましたら、それが変名し、解決しました。どうもありがとうございました。何とか、今日の仕事分をこなせそうです。本当に感謝します。
