Web-based key

Web-based key and study materials and information, can be accessed via www.uclan.ac.uk/iskills/TLTP3 user name:learn, password:practice. イギリスの助産師養成の案内書にある文章ですが、はっきりした意味がわかりません。 特にWeb-based keyは具体的になになのか、どなたか教えて下さい。お願いします。

「ウェブ上での（インターネットで見られる）（助産師養成所の）要点、教材、情報は、www.uclan.ac.uk/iskills/TLTP3 にアクセスして下さい。user name（ユーザーネーム）は learn, password（パスワード）は:practice. と入れて下さい。」 Web-based key の Web-based　というのは インターネットにアクセスして、養成所のHPから 情報を得る方法、です。 key は、キーポイント（要点）です。

    　AD-200NEの内線4にX-Lite（3.0）を接続しようとしていますが、うまくいかないのでどなたか助言下さい。 　Ad-200NEのLANポートにつないだPC上のX-Liteの設定は以下の通りです。 Display Name: 4（どうでもいいはず） User name:　0004（AD-200NEで設定したもの） Password:（AD-200NEで設定したもの） Authorization user name:　0004（こっちが本物のID？） Domain:　192.168.1.1 Register with domain and receive incoming calls（チェックなし、チェックを入れるとエラーになる） Send outbound via:　domainにチェック（関係なさそう） Port used on local computer:　Manually specify range:5060-5061 以上の設定で、X-Liteの画面ではReady、Your username is: 0004となり、見かけ上つながったように見えますが、AD-200NEの管理画面では未登録のままです。もちろん送受信もできません。 　なお、X-LiteのかわりにZoiperを用いると見かけ上の接続状態にもなりません。エラーメッセージは「インターワーキング」となります。 　AD-200NEのほうは、ユーザー名とパスワード以外は、音声端末を選択したぐらいです。
