ロックされて起動できません

パソコンを起動しようとしたら、「Unlock Computer」と画面が出てきて、動きません。 画面には「This computer is in use and has been locked.」 Only ILF_VAIO＼Ignacio de L. Fbles(x)or an administrator can unlock this computer. User name: Pasword: となっておりますが、キーボードもききません。 昨日までは普通に使えてましたので、心当たりもないのですが、何がいけなかったのでしょうか。 ちなみにパソコンはVAIOのノートです。言語は英語で使用しています。 中のファイルなどを残したまま、復旧するにはどうしたら良いでしょうか。 また、それが無理な場合はどのようにしたら良いですか？ 当方、パソコンにあまり詳しくないので、分かりやすく説明して頂けると有難いです。宜しくお願いします。

単にスタンバイもしくはレジュームの状況でパソコンがハングアップしたのではないでしょうか。一旦電源を切り、キーボードのスペースを押しながら電源を入れ、メッセージが出るまでスペースキーを押してください。
