この意味はなんでしょうか？
【To calculate the cost of shipping, make a selection from the menu to the right and then click on the button below】と書いてある横に【ＣＴ－ＤＥーＭＤーＮＪーＮＹーＰＡー】とか【ＧＡーＫＹーＭＡーＭＥーＭＩ】とか【ＡＬーＡＲーＥＬーＩＬーＩＮ】とか選ぶ物が出てきますアメリカの 州を選ぶのでしょうか？日本からネットで購入する場合は何を選べばよいのでしょうかnone selected というのもあるんですが それを選ぶと【kontinue】をクリックしても先に進めません

これをごらんになったのはebayとか通販サイトでしょうか？ おそらく発送先の州を選択することで送料を計算してくれるシステムだと思います。州を選択していないと先にすすめないということですが、その場合２つのケースが考えられます。 １つめはアメリカ国外への発送をしていないということ。この場合は日本にいて購入することができないということなのであきらめるか、アメリカ国内に知り合いでもいる場合はいったんそこに送ってもらって転送してもらうしかないと思います。 ２つめは単純に送料の計算ができないだけというケース（アメリカ国外への送料の計算には対応していないシステムだということ）もし商品や販売者の説明部分にアメリカ国外や北米大陸外にも発送しますということが書いてあればこのケースと考えていいと思います。その場合出品者や販売者にほしい商品名を添えて問い合わせすれば送料を教えてくれるでしょう。あるいはInternational shippingといったような説明ページが見つかるかもしれませんので見てみてください。 国外から購入できると書いてあっても実際には国外からの購入するケースのテストをしておらず手続きの途中から先に進めなくなるというのはアメリカのサイトなどではよくあることなので問い合わせをしたほうが早いかもしれません。

ebay初心者です。昨日、初めてebayで商品を落札しました。支払いの段階で、下のメッセージが表示され、支払いが継続できなくなりました。 One or more of the items below cannot be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected. You may also contact the seller for an exception. 落札前にshipping to worldwideであることと日本までの送料の表示を確認したはずだったのですが、どうやらsellerが特定の国をブロックしてあったり、料金設定をしていないようです（他サイト様でアドバイスをいただき判明しました）。 そこで、sellerに連絡して、ebayを通じて支払うことができないならPaypalを通して直接invoiceを送ってもらえるのではないかとアドバイスをいただきました。しかし、どこにどのように質問していいのかも分からず困っています。 落札したものですので、責任もって支払い、手に入れたいと思いますが、英語での難しいやり取りを考えると、キャンセルできるならキャンセルしたいと弱気にもなってしまいます。 そこで、英語の分かる方やebayの経験者の方の助言をいただけたらと思い、質問させていただきました。 よろしくお願いします！

Amazon.comのマーケットプレイスで、International & domestic shipping ratesと記載のある 商品は概ね日本からも購入できるものと思って、注文を進めていました。 カートに入れて送付先住所を指定した次の画面にて、 「Important Message There is a slight problem with your order. (See below.)」 と記載があり、以下には 「We're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order by changing its quantity to 0 and clicking the update button below. 」 と記載されて、以降の処理へ進むことが出来ません。 いくつかの海外発送対応の商品について確認しましたが、全く同じでした。 そこで、住所の国名のみを「Japan」から「Korea, Republic Of」や「China」に変更してみると、 注文確定の直前まで進むことが出来て、問題なさそうでした。 これについても、いくつかの商品で同様となりました。 私が確認した出品者が皆日本を対象にしていないとも考え難く、 何か見落としがあるのではと考えておりますが、分からず、行き詰ってしまいました。 何か御存知の方が居られましたら、解決方法を教えていただきたいです。 なお、私が確認した商品の例として http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/0545139708/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&qid=1301307835&sr=8-4&condition=all のInternational & domestic shipping ratesの最安値から3点などがあります。

- The key tool used here is the Warp
The key tool used here is the Warp Tool. Tip: CTRL or CMD + T to bring out the Free Transform Tool, right clicking on the selection and choose Warp to access the Warp Tool. Select the layer "paper" and access the Warp Tool. Grab the bottom right of the paper and pull it up so that it seems like wind is blowing it. Pull all the other corners. The image below is the result. Step 9 ? The Paper ? Highlights Now, we’ll create some highlights on these corners. Tip: Command + ALT + SHIFT + N to make a new clipping layer on the currently selected layer. Tip: Drag a layer in the Layers panel to move it below or above another layer. Make a new clipping layer right above "paper’s Gradient Fill", rename it as "highlight bottom right", click the Blending Mode dropdown menu and choose Screen. Tip: The Gradient Panel looks like this: Select the Gradient Tool, click the Gradient panel and apply a gradient (First Gradient Slider: #000000, Second Gradient Slider: #ffffff, Third Gradient Slider: #000000). Drag out a gradient on the bottom right corner of the paper as shown below: Use the Free Transform tool to resize, modify and rotate the highlight. You could also lower down the opacity of the highlight to make it look more believable. Make more highlights on the other corners of the paper. The image below is the result. Step 10 ? The Paper ? Shadows Now, to make the shadow of the paper more realistic. Select the layer "paper’s Drop Shadow", move the shadow down a few pixels and lower down the Opacity to 60%.
