ワードプレス　サイトが消えてしまう？

ワードプレス初心者です。 jetpackというプラグインをインストールした後、不要と思い無効化しました。その後ジェットパックアカウントを削除しようとしたのですが、どうも間違ってワードプレスアカウントそのものを削除してしまったようで次のメールが届きました。 「You are receiving this email because you closed your WordPress.com Account - "〇〇". Your account has been closed and sites that you owned have also been deleted, the content will be removed after 30 days. If this action was accidental or you have any questions please let us know by replying to this email. The WordPress.com Team」 間違いだから消さないでくださいと、このメールに英語で返信しましたが、これで大丈夫なのでしょうか？ ワードプレス側からは、もし間違いだったらメールしてと書いてはあるものの、まだ返事がないので不安です、、。 よろしくお願いします。

    現在ワードプレスでブログ記事を更新しております。 WordPress Database Backup というプラグインを使用して定期的にバックアップを とっているのですが、（毎週メールで飛んでくる設定） メールに添付されているバックアップデータが *****.sql.gz という形式で150キロバイト 前後という容量です。 こんな小さなファイルで、今のブログをバックアップできているのでしょうか？ サーバーがクラッシュしてもこの *****.sql.gz というファイルがあれば復元できるのでしょうか？
