パソコンのエラーメッセージfTPM
パソコンの画面について質問です。 Windowsが立ち上がらず電源を2回長押しで切ったら次はこの画面でした。 YかNを押さないと画面は変わらないんでしょうか？ どちらを押していいのか分からず質問させていただきました。 この状況からどうすれば元に戻るか分かりましたら教えて下さい。 New CPU installed,fTPM NU corrupted or fTPM NU structured changed.. Press Y to reset fTPM.If you have Bitlocker or encryption enabled,the system will not boot without a recovery key. Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system recovery boot.fTPM will NOT enable in new CPU,you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related keys and date.

＞どちらを押していいのか分からず質問させていただきました。 英文の意味は以下の通り。 新しいCPUが取り付けられたか、fTPM NUが破損しました。fTPM NU のリセットをしますか？ Yを押すと、fTPMが新しいCPU用にリセットされます。その際、システムがbitlockerなど暗号化されている場合、回復キーが無ければ、システムは起動しなくなります。 Nを押すと、以前のfTPMが保持されますが、新しいCPUでfTPMが無効になります。元のCPUに差し替えれば、以前のTMP関連キーと日付をリカバリできます。 ・回復キーが判る場合 Yを押してfTPMをリセットして有効化し、回復キーを求められたら入力して起動します。 ・CPUを交換して、回復キーが判らない場合 Nを押して、一旦電源を切って、CPUを元に戻して、回復キーをリカバリし、リカバリした回復キーをメモし、メモしたら電源を切って、CPUを新しい物に差し替え、起動します。起動したらまた同じ画面が出るので、今度はYを押して、fTPMを有効化し、回復キーを求められたら入力し、起動します。 ・CPUを交換した覚えがなく、回復キーが判らない場合 fTPM NUが破損しました。Yを押してリセットするしかありませんが、その場合、回復キーが判らないので、暗号化解除できず、Windowsを起動できません。HDD（またはSSD）を初期化して、Windowsを再インストールする必要があります。個人データをバックアップしてない場合は個人データは全て失われます。 YもNも押さずにパソコンの電源を切り、数分後に電源を入れ直せば、何事も無かったように起動する可能性もあるので、試してみて下さい。

機種名ぐらいは書きましょう！ 多分、「CPUが新しいから TPMのセッティングをしてくれ」 と言っていると思います。 電源ボタンを押してすぐに Windowsが立ち上がる前に F2キーかDeleteキーの どちらを押してBIOSか UEFIを起動して TPMの項目を探しましょう！ これらの意味がわからないなら ドスパラに持って行けば 治してくれますよ。↓ https://www.dospara.co.jp/5sp/info/share.php?contents=shop_list

早速の回答ありがとうございます。 機種レノボidealです。 パソコンの右横の穴にクリップを刺して起動させたら一時的に元に戻りました。が、シャットダウンしたあとまた戻ってしまいました。

早速の回答ありがとうごいます！ cpu交換してません。突然こうなりました。 Yにして色々試したのですが、windowsは立ち上がるのですが、サインインでピンコードを入れるところで固まってしまう、進まないようです。 回復しました、とか色々やってもサインインがだめです。ピンコードがだめでMicrosoftのアカウントでパスワードを入れたら一度全て元通りになったので安心してシャットダウンしたら元に戻ってしまいました。 何度やってもサインイン以降進まないのはシステムが壊れちゃったのでしょうか。 初期化でもいいので先に進めたいです。

- BIOS設定の変更が反映されない
電源を入れると「Boot from CD: No boot device available.Press ENTER key to retry SATA-0 1 2 .....」という画面が出るので、BIOS画面でBoot Device Configuration→Hard Disk Boot Priority→SATA-0（OSが入っているHDD）→SAVE to CMOS and EXIT(Y/N)? Yでエンターを押すのですが、最初の画面に戻りOSが立ち上がりません。

青い画面で初期化が選べたのでクラウドからダウンロードで初期化してみてます。
