Thinkpad アップデートメッセージ

Thinkpad T490sを使用しています。 最近下記のようなアップデートメッセージが画面に出るようになりました。 安全なものでしょうか？ Lenovo Vantage Lenovo recommends that you install these updates to optimize your computer. Please note, the following updates below may require your system to reboot more than once. During the installation of updates, please do not turn off your system, remove power source or accessories. We recommend saving your work in preparation for system shutdown and note your system will automatically restart when all updates are completed. • Thunderbolt Firmware Update Utility - 10 (1709 or Later)/11 (21H2 or Later) WARNING: Pressing 'OK' will start the installation and might require restarting your system. よろしくお願いします。 ※OKWAVEより補足：「Lenovo：インターネット接続」についての質問です。

コンピュータを最適化するために、これらのアップデートをインストールすることをお勧めします。 以下の以下のアップデートでは、システムを複数回再起動する必要がある場合があることに注意してください。 アップデートのインストール中は、システムの電源をオフにしないでください。電源やアクセサリを取り外してください。 システムのシャットダウンに備えて作業内容を保存することをお勧めします。すべての更新が完了すると、システムが自動的に再起動することに注意してください。 といった具合です。 どんなシチュレーションの時に表示されたかがよくわかりませんが、 内容から判断しますと問題ないように思えますが？

Lenovo Vantage というのはお使いのPCのデバイスやシステム設定を手助けしてくれるものです。 今回のはThunderboltファームウェアのアップデートですからokして大丈夫です。 アップデート中は1～数回程度の再起動があります。 アップデート中は電源を切らないでください。 アップデート前には作業中であれば作業内容を保存してください。 といったところです。

    SUPERAntiSpywareをダウンロード＆インストールして使用しています。確か、無料版と有料版とがあって無料の方を使っています。 デスクトップの画面の右下にSUPERAntiSpywareのアイコンがあって、右クリックで『Click for Updates』の所を選択して今まではアップデートして使用していました。 最近、それをすると右下の隅にメッセージが表示されます。 一番上に、『SUPERAntiSpyware Update』と出てこれは問題はありません。 次が、『There is an update available for download. If you would like to download the update now, please click the ”Download and Install the Updates Now” link below.』 と出ています。前半の部分の『There is an update available for download.』は『ダウンロードできる最新版が、あります。』になると思うのですが、後半の『If you would like to download the update now, please click the ”Download and Install the Updates Now” link below.』の訳が判りません。 下の部分に『Product Update Options』てのがありまして、 『Download and Install the Updates Now』と『Continue what I was doing and Download Later.』にハイパーリンクが貼ってあります。『Download and Install the Updates Now』の部分に問題はないのですが、『Continue what I was doing and Download Later.』の部分の訳が判らないので困っています。 ネットの翻訳サイトで色々と試してみたのですが、今一つ不自然な日本語だったので不安なのです。オプションとなっているのが気掛かりです。ここから先は有料なのかなとも勘ぐったりしています。お判りになる方からの回答を宜しくお願い致します。
