payment を動名詞にして、下記のように書き換えが可能かと思いますが、ニュアンス等に違いはありますか？

＞Under the provisions of the contract, tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities. payment を動名詞にして、下記のように書き換えが可能かと思いますが、ニュアンス等に違いはありますか？
⇒ほとんど違いはないと思います。

強いて違いを訳に反映するとすれば、こんな感じでしょうか。
・for paymentのまま：
Under the provisions of the contract, tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities.
「契約の規定に基づき、テナントはすべての光熱費の支払いに責任を負います。」
・for payingにすると：
Under the provisions of the contract, tenants are responsible for paying all utilities.
「契約の規定に基づき、テナントはすべての光熱費を支払う責任を負います。」
＊動名詞が「動詞性名詞」であることを生かして訳しましたのでこうなりました。

ついでに、協調の副詞句を通常の位置に戻しても、それぞれ似たような訳になります。：
Tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities under the provisions of the contract.
「テナントは、契約の規定に基づいてすべての光熱水料の支払いに責任を負います。」
Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities under the provisions of the contract.
「テナントは、契約の規定に基づいてすべての光熱水料を支払う責任を負います。」
