文章を並べ替えてみました。The realization that we’re likely to be in an environment of sustained low interest rates is beyond that is what I think . この部分の訳は「利率が低く保持された環境に我々が居るようになるだろうという認識（あるいは現実）はつまり私が考えていることを超えているのである。」文法的な判断というより頭から読んでみて、こんな意味ではないかなと考えた次第です。

いつも大変お世話になっております。 下記の英文の文法が理解できません。どなたかご教授いただければ大変助かります。 ～,if you'd like to talk it over and pursue what we think is an area of enormous untapped potential of our firm. 上記の文で、 pursue=V what以下＝Oだと思うのですが、 whatはwe think のOにもなっているし、 what we think はis のSにもなりますよね？この理解であっていますか？ whatって３つも役割を担うことができるのですか？ この文に違和感を感じています。 教えていただければ大変助かります。
