自己啓発かスピリチュアル系の英文
次の英文は、多分自己啓発かスピリチュアルに分類される本の一部なんですが... Look in the mirror. Notice that there is a form staring back. In the reflection, you can clearly see a physical form with eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears, and hair. Then walk away from the mirror. Notice that now there is only space looking outward from behind your face. In that area where the reflection showed a physical form, there is now only space looking outward at the world. From this view, looking outward from behind the face, there is no form. There is no face. There are no eyes, nose, mouth, ears, or hair. There is only spacious awareness looking at the world. Notice that ～ の一文が何を言っているかわからず、次の In that area がどこのことかわからないため、さっぱり意味がつかめません。 どなたか解説して頂けませんでしょうか？

まず位置関係ですが、最初は鏡に向かって自分の顔を見ている。その後walk away from the mirrorですが、これは単に鏡から歩みさるではなく、鏡に背を向けて離れる。鏡に自分の頭の後ろが写っている状態。それを理解した上で、 Notice that now there is only space looking outward from behind your face. "今度は、あなたの顔の背後から外に向かってる見つめる空間があるのみであることを意識せよ” In that areaは、鏡があるところ。 In that area where the reflection showed a physical form, there is now only space looking outward at the world. "あの鏡像が現実の姿形を見せていたその場所には、今はただ外に向かって世界を見ている空間があるのみだ” 鏡と言う同じ空間だけれども、それを見ている時には現実の顔が実在するかの様に見えているが鏡に背を向けると今度はその同じ鏡のあった場所は外界を映している、つまり何か実在すると思っていても空間自体はかわらず自分自身がそう見ているから存在していると言う様なことを言っているのかと思います。

中学三年です。 期末テストで英文を書くのですが、自分が作った文章があっているのかわかりません。 お題は修学旅行についてで、必ず何を学んだか書く必要があります。(10文程度で。) 英文は次の通りです。 I went to Kyoto in September. I learned a culture that is different from Tokyo. Kyoto's city is like a go board.(go boardの意味は碁盤です。) The city was very beautiful. Kyoto's people didn't permit looking down on the emperor. Because of there aren't any tall buildings. Tokyo doesn't have this culture. I learned this culture is only in Kyoto. Kyoto's culture is very interesting.
