- this yearやon weekends系の（時を表す）英語について
時（時期）の表し方がよく分かりません。 １、たとえば、"I work for 6 hours every day."という文も見れば"I work 6 hours." や"I work about ６ hours."や"I work 5-6 hours a day."のように、for が無いものが有るので混乱しています。これは何なのでしょうか。 ２、また、「今週中はずっと」という表現(all this year)を英語ページで検索してみると、"all this year"だけで使っている文もあれば、"at all this year"というものや"for all this year."という風に使っている人もおり、違いがどうあるのか分かりません。 ３、また、初歩的なのですが、何気に実は「今週は」という言い方もよく分かっていません。"this week"だけでもいいような気もすれば、"in this week"や"during this week"というのも見た事があります。これらについてもお願いします。 ４、「週末に」の意味で、on weekends と思っていましたが in the weekends というのも有ったので、混乱しています。 5、during とforの違いもよく分かっていません。for the last few yearsとかduring the last few yearsとか言いませんか？図々しいのですが、例などを用いてこの２語の違いを表現してくださると有り難いです。 たくさん質問してしまいすみません。自分はToeicは800後半ですが、こういった時／時期系の表現を何気にきちんと覚えていないので、いざ話す時にしどろもどろで、適当言って意味だけは伝えるような形になっています。アメリカに住んでおられる／おられた方などは、多分ここら辺の違いはフィーリングで分かっておられるのだと思います。これからのヒントとさせていただきたいので、教えてくださると助かります。 （またいずれこれに似た件に関し質問するかもしれません。）

「I plan to quit SSS soon and work that 1 day a week I work at SSS to work at AAA. I'll get automatic overtime.」 という会話文についてです。 現在週に5日はAAAでフルタイム働き、1日はSSSで働いているそうです。 それをふまえると、 SSSをやめてその1日をAAAで働くと1週間で48時間働く事になるので 8時間分はovertimeが適用されるという意味に受け取りました。 そして 「I plan to quit SSS soon and work that 1 day a week I work at SSS to work at AAA.」 はどこで区切れますか？ 文の組み立てを教えてください。 会って聞いたわけではなく、チャットでしたので区切り方がわからず、 文の組み立てがつかめなかったのですぐには意味がわかりませんでした。 宜しくお願いします。

「私はニューヨークに行ったことがあります。」 は、 I've been to New York. ですよね。 「昨年行きました」と言うときは、過去形になるんですか？ I went to New York last year. とか…。 もし、今日本にいるなら、last year がないとダメでしょうか。 また、「（その時）クラブへ行きました。」 っていうのは、 I went to the club (at that time). となりますか？ それと、これに関する細かいことですが、「クラブに行く」って言うのは、上の言い方と、 clubbing っていうのと、思い浮かぶんですが、どう違うんでしょうか。 とんちんかんな事を書いているかもしれませんが、わかる方、教えてください。
