会社の応募で聞かれた英文の意味を教えてください。
Eligible to work in the country to which applied? どういう意味でしょうか？ 外資系の会社で、応募の際の質問にありました。 答えはＹＥＳ、ＮＯ、Not indecate の３択でした。 この国で働く適性がありますか？とかそんな意味なんですか？ お願いします。

会社の応募で聞かれているのであれば、 あなたは応募した国で働く資格がありますか？ つまり、その国で働くことのできる、国籍、永住権、ビザを保有しているか？と言うことかと思います。 不確かと思えば相手の会社に、”どのような物がeligibilityに含まれるのか”と聞いても良いと思います。と言うのも、もし”この国で働く適性がありますか？”と言う質問であった場合、自身があればYesと答えそうになるのですが、もし就労Visaをその会社に取ってもらう必要がある場合、Noと答えないといけないので。 Not indicate は、回答しない。

この国で働く適性がありますか？とかそんな意味なんですか？ はい、だいたいそういう意味です。 正確には「適性」だけを聴いているのではなく、諸般の事情を聞いています。だから国籍、家庭の事情、なども勘案しての質問です。 「申請した国で働けますか」
