offerとtoeicに関して

こう書いてあるんですが、businessは人にあたる意味なんですか？ =>これは、会社、company、 corporateが人か物かと言う問いと同じと思います。答えはどちらも可能で、会社やビジネスで働いている人や人の思考を考えれば、人と同じように考えられるし、会社の建物、ビジネスの形式、社会的・経済的な位置づけなととらえれば、もの、事。ここでは人、人々、人格ととらえられます。 productsにSがついていますが、これは複数系ですか？なぜ、offersにSがついているんですか？ => AIZ Office Productsと全部大文字で書いてある事からして一括りで会社の名前と考えます。

１。businessは人にあたる意味なんですか？ 第４文型は、関節目的と直接目的がありますが、下記のように関節目的語が別に「人」でなくても構いません。 http://delta-scope.com/introduction/sentence/01.html ２。productsにSがついていますが、これは複数系ですか？なぜ、offersにSがついているんですか？ これは、「製品」の複数ではなくて会社の名前なのでしょう。

TOEIC対策としてアメリカ人から頂いた文章で意味がわからないところがあります。 以下の文章の最後の一文なのですが意味がわかりません。 わかるところは the company’s decision to cut its workforce 「その会社が人員削減を決定したこと」 it has over 70,000 workers throughout the country. 「国内に7万人以上従業員がいること」 です。 these plans won't effectのところと even thoughの論理が不明です。 どうぞよろしくお願いします。 XYZ Co., is expected to close many of their factories and eliminate thousands of jobs in order to cope with their recent losses. XYZ also plans to improve their current line of products and is in merger talks with its rival, AbcCorp. But these plans will not effect the company’s decision to cut its workforce, even though it has over 70,000 workers throughout the country.

よくtellとかtell 人to do の形で見かけますが、 これって 人が目的語Ｏ１、to不定詞が名詞用法で名詞だからＯ２になるから文型はＳＶＯＯですよね？ また、tell that ＳＶ 「ＳがＶするように言う」のような形とかもありますが、これは thatが代名詞だから目的語になれて、文型はＳＶＯですか？ 後 sayについてなんですが, said 人～ の形って見ない気がするのですが、sayは自動詞だから 次に人は来ないのですか？ sayに続く形で ・say to 人 that S V ・say A to 人 のように書いてあったのですが、sayに続く形はこれ以外にはないのでしょうか？またすべての動詞は 後に続く形はsay to 人 that S Vやsay A to 人 のように決まっているのでしょうか?
