ちょっと不自然な感じがしますね。クレジットカード番号の要求を改めてすること自体も。 予約時にクレジットカード番号を入力したはずですが、それが洩れていたというご記憶はありますか。 あるいは有効期限が宿泊までの来てしまうとか。 通常画像を送るということはあり得ないと思います。ましてマンダリンオリエンタルですから。 こちらからメールを添付（コピー）して、このようなメールが来たが本当なのか、どうすればいいのか、現地でカードを出せば済むのではないかなどを問い合わせるのが良いと思います。 日本語で大丈夫です。 https://www.mandarinoriental.co.jp/singapore/contact-information/

#1です。 補足への回答です。 文面を見る限り、多分、受信メールに入力フォームが添付されていたはずです。 そうでなければ入力フォームのWEBページへのリンクが貼られていたはずです。 なので、添付されていたフォームに必要事項を記入して、カードの裏表のコピーをとってjpeg等のファイルにして、両者を添付したメールを返信すれば良いと思います。 ただ、正直なところ、どんな状況でこのようなメールが来ているのか理解出来ません。 先払いが必要なものであれば、通常予約の時点で支払いの要求があったはずです。 このメールが来る前に何らかの連絡はありませんでしたか？ さらには、カードのコピーを寄越せというのも、違和感を感じます。 専用フォームに記入したものを送って来いというのはよくある話だと思いますが、カードのコピーまで送れというのは、私は経験がありません。 質問者様も戸惑っておられるかと思います。 ただ私も詳細な状況が分からないので何とも言えません。 もしよく分からない、心当たりがない、納得出来ないといったことがあれば、難しいかもしれませんが、一度ホテルのほうに電話してみることをお勧めします。 マンダリンオリエンタルなら、日本語の出来るスタッフがいるかもしれません。 是非一度トライしてみましょう。
