お世話になっています いわゆる表明保証にあたる（たぶん？）文章 A represents and warrants that it owns and possesses all rights, title, interest associated with the Software Products and... この表現で owns and possesses は 権利等を所有し保有する と訳せると思うですが、 これ、どちらかではだめなのでしょうか？ 同じ意味に思えるのですが… 英文契約書初心者で勉強不足、すみません よろしくお願いします

日本語でいえば、保持・留保される、ということです。 所有していますということと、あしたもあさっても所有されていることがずっと継続するぞ、ということです。

著作権の一部しか保有していないのに「All Rights Reserved」って書いてあるホームページってありますよね？例えばニュースサイトは情報は提供元、サイト自体は運営会社が著作権を持っているはず。 「All Rights Reserved」は「すべての権利を保有しています」というふうに解釈しているんですが、一部しか保有していない場合でも問題ないのでしょうか？
