まず、どこから「保険」って言葉をだしたんですか？ 普通、健康保険は health insurance。 この文章がどこに書いてあったのかにもよるんだけど、this new healthってあるからには、前の文章などでこのthisを示すものが絶対あるはず。 いきなり、最初の文章でthis new healthなどという、曖昧な言葉は使わない。

丁寧な感じで、 「できれば貴社（の負担で）で（私の）健康保険を入ってもらえませんかという文を作りたいのですが」 I would like to join my health insurance in your company, if possible. で、そのニュアンスは通じますか？ また、 Can I join the any health insurance in your company? ではあまり丁寧な感じではないでしょうか？
