パソコンのエラーメッセージ

パソコン初心者ですので、 質問の不手際があったらすみません 。 今、Windows7 Home Premiumを 使用しています。 インターネットエクスプローラを 起動すると下記のような エラーメッセー ジが出てきて ホームページを閲覧出来ません。 This application has requested the Ru ntime to terminate it in anunusual way Please contact the application's support tea m for more infomation ExcelやWordやメールは 問題なく使用できます。 どなたか解決方法がお分かりになる方が 居たら教えてもらえると助かります 。 携帯からの書き込みの為、 読みづらくてすみません。
