エラーメッセージの対処がわかりません。

PCを立ち上げる度に下のエラーメッセージが出てきます。 PCの起動およびIT、その他ソフトを使用するのには、全く問題がなく使えます。 このエラーメッセージを出ないようにするには、何を修正しなければいけないのか教えてください。 よろしくお願いします。 「Microsoft Visuai C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:...sers￥isao￥AppData￥Local￥GIZMO2￥Data￥deck￥basic￥basic.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
