（至急）IEが急に開かなくなりました。

No2さんへの返答でFixitは試されたとの事ですが、 こちらのIEリセットは試されましたか？ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737#method2 できれば、IEのVersionと、OSがWindowsXPか、Win7 or 8等は書いて欲しいです。

- 「ランタイムエラー」という英文の表示がでることがあります。どうしたらよいでしょうか？
パソコンを立ち上げたときに、 「Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library」 「Runtime Error! Program;c:\WINDOWS\SystemKnet.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.」 という表示がでることがあります。 英訳をしてみましたが、意味がよくわかりませんでした。 何がどうなっているので、どうしろといっているのでしょうか？

- ユーザーアカウント切替でＩＥ６にruntimeエラーが発生します。
パソコンに新しくアカウントを作成し、4人で使えるようにしています。 １）一人目がIE6を開いて、そのままユーザー切り替えをする。 ２）新しく開いたほうでIEを開こうとすると、runtime Errorが表示され、開くことができません。 ３）逆の操作をしても症状は同じです。 ４）最初に開いたほうがＩＥ６を閉じれば二人目は開くことができます。 解決法を教えてもらえないでしょうか？ IEのときの表示 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!
