どう英語で表しますか？
映画などのタイトルをつける時、 「物語の中の女の子たち」 は、Girl in story でしょうか。 a girl in story でしょうか。 また、複数のお話の中の 複数の女の子を表したい時は Girls in stories になるのでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします！

え～っと、ですね、基本的な文法にのっとって回答させて頂きますと、 先にお答えを掲載していらっしゃる方々と異なった答えになってしまうのですが、 （一応、私の職業は通訳・翻訳家です、はい。。。） 物語の中の女の子たち、という事は「複数の女子」が物語の中に登場するのですから Girls in a story となり、 複数のお話の中の複数の女子を表す時は Girls in (the)stories となると思います。

どちらも Tales of Girls がおススメです。
おっしゃっているもので良いと思います。 a girlでも違和感は感じません。 映画のタイトルなんかだったら、冠詞がなくても 大丈夫だと思います。

少し前だったと思うのですが…。 映画予告で ・作家である女性が出てくる ・その女性の書いている物語の主人公が、実は存在していた ・実在するその男の中に、ある時ストーリーの内容が流れ込んでくるようになる ・ストーリーの主人公と、実在する男はシンクロしている ・そして男は作家の女性と出会い、話が進んでいく… というような内容だったのですが、この映画のタイトルを知っている方はいますか？ いくら探しても出て来ずに困っています。よろしくお願いします。

たまたま激安セールで買ったDVDのひとつがAn American Crimeというものでした。で、帰ってきてからWebで調べてみたら、なんと、The Girl Next Doorと同じ話、というか同じ女の子を実話とした映画。 このふたつの映画の関係はどうなっているのでしょうか。 An American Crimeが2004年で The Girl Next Doorが2007年のようなのですが,,, もっとも文庫本を読んだことがあります。そちらのタイトルは確かThe Girl Next Doorだったのでこのままのタイトルのほうが映画として適したのはわかりますが、、、リメークにしてはあまり年数の差がないので… 関連、経由などご存知の方いましたら、よろしくおねがいします。
