１。＞＞これってどう訳したらいいのでしょうか？ Quantum Meruit menas the value of the service rendered. 「value of the service 」はサービス価格と訳すのでしょうか？ 「QMとは、なされた仕事に対するそれ相当のお礼、という意味である。」 ですから「然るべき報酬］と言った訳が出来ると思います。 ２。もし被告人が、只働きをさせて不当に富を増やしたとすれば。被害者が行った仕事に対する然るべき金額を支払わなくればならない。 enriched by は、「（人にただで働かせること）によって儲けた」という意味でしょう。ただより安いものは無いと言います。 ３。uncompensated-for services = services for which no compensation was offered と言った意味のことは誰にでも理解出来ますが、uncompensated-for は、辞書にはありません。ですから「辞書には無いが、書く人が作れば、意味は通じる」という灰色の語彙ですね。

quantum meruitはラテン語で、as much as he/she deserved itの意味だそうです。 ラテン語はよく知りませんが、meruitは動詞で、三人称単数能動相完了だと思います。 これが英語では名詞句的に使われ、「（彼/彼女が）供与したサービスの価値」となる のでしょう。「役務相当額」に対応しますが、「請求」という意味は本来はないと思います。
