海外の専用レンタルサーバーのエラー内容に関して（cpanelのWebhostmanagerを使用）ですが、エラーの対処方法がわかりません。 以下のようなエラーメッセージが6時間後とにきます。 cpuが過負荷で対処しろということでしょうが、サイトデータの量が多くてどこの箇所がよくないのかわからずにいます。 通常はこのような保守に関しては皆さんどんな手順で対処するのでしょうか？ 経験者の方宜しくお願いします。 ～cpanelのWebhostmanagerからのエラー内容～ This is cPanel stats runner on ○○.com! While processing the log files for user ○○, the cpu has been maxed out for more than a 6 hour period. The current load/uptime line on the server at the time of this email is 03:00:30 up 2 days, 2:47, 0 users, load average: 3.40, 3.35, 2.91 You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run /usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes). ～WebhostmanagerコントロールパネルのSystem information～ Server load 5.16 (1 CPU) 問題がある！と出てます Memory Used 9.70% (768468 of 7919708) 問題ないようです Swap Used 0.00% (0 of 1052248) 問題ないようです

メッセージに書いてある対応をしては如何でしょうか。 筋としてはリソースを消費する原因を調べるべきですが、この程度なら私は監視の閾値を変更しますね。

AmazonのAPIを使ったWebサイトを作っていて、simplexml_load_fileを使って外部サーバのXMLを読み込もうとしています。 ローカル・サーバ1ではうまくいきますが、サーバ2ではI/O warning : failed to load external entity となり読み込めません。 3つのサーバで使用しているプログラムは全く同じです。 PHPのバージョン、SimpleXMLのRevisionは下記の通り。 ローカル：5.2.5、1.151.2.22.2.35 サーバ1：5.2.9、1.151.2.22.2.46 サーバ2：5.2.9、1.151.2.22.2.46 調べていると、XML文字列の中に実体参照等パースエラーとなる文字が含まれているとこのようなエラーが出るとのことでしたが、該当するような文字列はありませんし、同じプログラムでも別のサーバであれば取得できるのでその可能性は考え辛いですが、この場合の対処方法として、file_get_contentsで一度文字列として受け取ってから、simplexml_load_stringでパースするとあったので、それも試しました。 しかし、simplexml_load_fileであれば数秒で取得できるものが、file_get_contentsだと4分以上かかりました。 できればsimplexml_load_fileで行いたいのですが、上記のような違いが出る可能性として考えられることは何かありますでしょうか。
