動画ファイルを開くとエラー発生
突然発生するようになったのですが、毎回ではないのですが動画ファイルをクリックするとブルー画面に下記のメッセージが出てPC電源を切って再起動かけることになってしまいます。 【発生するメッセージ】 Disable BIOS memory options such as cashing or shadowing Technical information *** STOP：0x0000000A(0x00000023,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x8050BB99) 対処方法ご教示いただきたくお願いします。
