ブルースクリーンになります

Dell XPパソコン中古で買った物です。 CPU　Pentium 3,8Gz メモリ　3GB CyberLnk PowerDVDでDVDを再生するとブルースクリーンになります Nero７でシステム情報を取得　ドライブのテスト　CD消去とかのメニューがありますが（システム情報を取得）でもブルースクリーンになります。 ブルースクリーンの内容です If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software,Disable BIOS memoryoptions such as caching or shadowing,If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restartselect safe Mode, Technical information: ***　STOP:　0×00000019 (0×00000020,0×89A73828,0×89A73848, 0×0A040002) Beginning dump of physical memory physicai memory dump complete. contact your system administrator or technical support group furthrrassistance.と書かれてます　（下半分です） 初心者で解りません　お願いします。

色々考えられますね。 例えば http://windowsxp_fujitsu.pasokoma.jp/9_264638.html 買ったばかりなら一度製品出荷時の状態へ初期化した方が良いですよ。

中古と言うところがちと気になりますが、 メッセージ通り、まずセーフモードで起動し、デバイスマネージャを確認してみてはどうですか？ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/880414/ja http://www.microsoft.com/japan/windowsxp/pro/using/itpro/managing/devicemgr.mspx デバイスマネージャで！や？がないかを確認してください。 CyberLnk PowerDVDは購入当初からインストールされていましたか？ メモリの障害の可能性があるかもしれませんね。 メモリ診断を行ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
