関係詞節の見分け方？
英語がほんと苦手で、長文を読むとき文中に出てくるwhichやthatが、その後ろに続く部分をどこまで含んでいるのかよく分かりません。
thatの中にさらにthatやwhichなんかがあるときなんかはもう何が何だか分かりません。
,や；や：みたいな記号が現れたときは、基本その場所で文が切れている（その前までが修飾部分）と考えていいんでしょうか？
またそれ以外に、これが出てきたらそこで確実に文章が切れている、という語や記号があれば教えてください。
また、下の文章では＜＞で囲んだthatを関係代名詞だと考えたんですが、（違ってたら指摘してください）皆さんはどこからどこまでが関係詞節だと考えますか？
