どちらも熟語の問題ですね。 The patient got all the worse for the bad medicine. 「その患者は不良薬品のせいで、ますます容態が悪化した」 http://eow.alc.co.jp/all+the+worse/UTF-8/ It doesn't matter in the least. 「全く問題ない」 http://eow.alc.co.jp/in+the+least/UTF-8/
