It became clear by the 11th that the court granted covert investigations into private communications such as monitoring 64,477 telephone calls and 114,589 letters in the first half of this year, according to statistics released by the Supreme Court. The reality of a surveillance society reminiscent of the Soviet Era has been uncovered, with many citing it as political oppression in the name of counter-extremist measures. 2)「According to Supreme Court statistics」を最後にもって来ました。 4)上記と同じ理由でLike→Such asに変更。 6)「The real surveillance society bringing back the Soviet era is disclosed」ちょっと意味が分かりませんでした。

One of the criticisms that seems to be a recurring part of deconstruction's existence and operation is that it runs the risk of pushing its analysis to the extreme, thus producing nonsense. Derrida's style is wonderfully slippery and bewilderingly convoluted, especially at those moments where he pursues the limits of a concept or idea, and it is sometimes not difficult to see how this can become resistance in itself. 。。

Bill Graham Archives is evidence not only of the futility of trying to predict a fair use outcome from application of the four factors, but also of the power of transaction costs, social benefit, and abuse of right as reach a result that could justify as fair almost any use of a copyrighted work that did no more than alter its medium of presentation.

The great obstacle is the failure of Christians themselves to understand the depth of that tradition and the inexhaustible possibilities of new life that it contains.
