FONTSHOPという海外サイトからの購入について

FONTSHOPという海外サイトからのフォントを購入したいと思い、登録しカード決済の記入まで進み、あと一息でダウンロード購入出来るという所でエラーが出てしまいます。We can't seem to process your order at this time. Please contact us directly and we can process your order over the phone or via email. エラー分を翻訳しましたが、原因分かる方いまでしょうか？ またはこのサイトから購入された方、何か情報を下さい。

試してみましたけど、個人情報を入力後にメールが届くようになっている ようですけど。そのメールは来たということですか。 そのようなエラーメッセージが用意されているということは、認証システム がしばしばダウンしているのでは？ 届いたメールに注文番号などが記載されているのでしたら、その番号で直接 メールしてみたほうがいいのでは？
