friioをインストール後、「予期せぬシャットダウン」になります

昨日friioをインストールしました。 friioは使用時には特に問題もなく正常に動作しています。 パソコンをスタートメニューを使った「シャットダウン」、あるいは「スリープ」操作をしますと、途中で「予期せぬシャットダウン」が起きます。 エラーメッセージは以下のとおりです。 Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows update you might need. Technical Informations STOP:0x00000018(0x00000000,0x8A0D8F18,0x00000002,0xFFFFFFFF) friioをアンインストールして、再度インストールしようかと思いました。 しかし、コントロールパネルでプログラムのアンインストールの「メニュー」にfriioが出てないのでどうやってアンインストールしてよいのかも分かりません。 パソコンのスペックは以下のとおりです。 富士通FMV-BIBLO NX95W/D Windows Vista Home Premium Intel Core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz 4.00 GB RAM ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 直し方をお教えください。

回答ありがとうございます。 ネットでいろいろ検索して、FriioのB-CASカードのカードリーダーのドライバーのバージョンが古いことが分かりました。オンラインで最新バージョンを入手して解決できました。 １．デバイスマネージャでUSB Smart Card Readerを右クリックして[ドライバソフトウェアの更新(P)...]を選択する。 ２．[自動的に更新されたドライバソフトウェアを検索します(S)] ３．[Generic PC/SC Usb Smart Card Reader] のバージョンが5.11.9520.9に更新されたらOK
