難解な英文のヒントをください。
以下の英文は30日以上前に通知するべきだと言っているのでしょうか？それよりも後でも良いといっているのでしょうか？ 明日の朝、大学の試験必要な英文なのですが、オーストラリアNSW州の賃貸契約に関する文章です。文法が難しく、どうしても理解する事ができません。 見た目には、30日以上前に通知する必要が「ない」と書いてあるように見えるのですが、だったら30日という日数が出てくるわけが無いわけで・・・。どなたか教えていただけませんでしょうか？ RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1987 - SECT 56 Notice of termination on ground that premises are being sold A notice of termination given under this section shall not specify a day earlier than 30 days after the day on which the notice is given as the day on which vacant possession of the residential premises is to be delivered up to the landlord.

A notice of termination given under this section 本条に基づいて行われる解約通知は shall not specify a day earlier than 30 days after the day on which the notice is given 通知が行われる日の３０日後より前の日を指定してはならない as the day on which vacant possession of the residential premises is to be delivered up to the landlord. 明け渡された居住用建物の占有が家主に引渡されるべきべき日として 要するに、建物の明渡日（この日までに明渡せという期限）は、通知日の３０日後より前の日に設定してはダメということです。

常識で考えればいいのだと思います。普通、住人が「退去します」と大家に云うのも、大家が「出てってくれ」と通告するのも最低一ヶ月前です（入居の際の取り決め次第ですが）。私が住んでいるアメリカのアパートも一ヶ月前です。 この例文の場合も、「通告後30日より短い日限を設定すべきでない」（NOT earlier than 30 days）という意味です。
