XP SP2でブルースクリーン

Windows/XP SP2ですが数時間ごとに画面がブルースクリーンになります。 新しいハードやソフトウェアのインストールは全くしておらず ウイルスの駆除も行っていますが原因が解らず困っております。 最近購入したＤＥＬＬのディスクトップ機も同じブルースクリーンになります。 どちらも起動後４時間程度経過するとアプリケーションを動かさなくても 必ず同じ現象になるようです。 この２台は別の場所にありＬＡＮでは繋がっていないです。 ブルースクリーンの内容は下記の通りです。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Windowsの仮想ファイルの損傷かと思いサイズを変えたりしましたが これでもないようです。 とくにＤＥＬＬのＰＣはメーカーから購入したばかりですべて純正のデバイスとそのドライバーのままです。 ＨＤＤやメモリーのチェックもサポートセンターと連絡し実行しましたが 異常はなく購入したばかりと言うのにＯＳの再インストールしか無いと言われている状況ですが原因なるものが解らないものでしょうか。 よろしくお願いいたします。

＞ウイルスの駆除も行っていますが原因が解らず困っております。 どういう環境で２台ともそうなるのか、不思議ですね。 レジストリから、ウイルス情報を削除してください。 それができなければ、フォーマットしてリカバリー。 きちんと、信頼できるセキュリティソフト導入してくださいね。

ハードディスクの交換、メモリーチェックを再度行いましたが状況が 変わらず、そしてシステムの復元にて一番古いものに復元を行ってみました。今のところ１５時間起動したままですがブルースクリーンになる事はなくなりました。この一年はソフトウェアのインストールやドライバーの 更新などしていませんのでWindowsの自動アップデートが悪戯していたのでしょうか。 皆さん色々とアドバイスを頂きありがとうございました。

青い画面は「ブルースクリーン」と呼ばれる警告画面です。 Windowsに何らかの致命的な障害が発生した場合に表示されます。 ブルースクリーンが表示された後，システムはメモリーのチェックを行います。その進行度が最下段に表示されるので，メモリーチェックが完了するまで待ってからパソコンを再起動して下さい。 再起動してもブルースクリーンになる場合には，システムの復元を試してみて下さい。

みなさん色々とお教えのほどありがとうございます。 今のところハードディスクを交換しバックアップイメージから復元、 そしてメモリーチェックは異常なし。 やっぱりソフトウエアでしょうか。 両機ともほぼ同じ時間帯の４時間程度でブルースクリーンになります。 機種は全く違うのに偶然か XP SP2のある種のバグなのかと 疑いたくなります。 マイクロソフトの自動アップデートが悪戯しているのでしょうか。 今だに怖くてＳＰ３には上げたくないです。 やはり修復インストールか再インストールになるのでしょうか。 ＳＰ１からのアップデートしているＰＣではＳＰ１の修復は バージョンが異なるのでたしか駄目ですよね。 現役のWindows2000やＮＴ４．０では全然不都合もなく 安定しているのですがＸＰの自動アップデートか何かの仕業と 勘繰りしてしまいます。 こちらで２台の同じ現象が出ていると言う事は他でも出ている可能性が 多いにあると思うのですが如何なものでしょうか。 もう少し情報を集めてみたく存じます。よろしくお願いいたします。
