起動するとブルースクリーンになって動かなくなる

そこに表示されている英文は一般的なことしか書かれていませんから、下手に操作すると致命傷になってしまう場合があります。 STOPコードが表示されていますから他の装置で「0x0000007E」で検索してみてください。 そのPCでまずやることは、ANo.1さんが回答されていますが、セーフモードで立ち上がるかどうか確認してみてください。 電源を入れてメーカーのロゴが表示されたら F8 キーを連打すれば拡張オプションメニューの画面がでますから「セーフモード」をクリックしてEnterキーを押してください。 セーフモードで起動できるようでしたら再び立ち上げて「セーフモードとネットワーク」を選択して起動すればインターネットにアクセスすることができます。 セーフモードで起動できれば、原因はソフト的で多分ドライバーに不具合が発生した可能性が高くなります。 ブルースクリーンが発生する前に何かソフトをインストールあるいはアンインストールしていませんか。 あるいはソフトのバージョンアップを行ったとか設定を変更したとかしていませんか。 あるいは、ハード的に何かを交換したとか増設したとかしていませんか。

　長いＭＳＧに対策が提案されています。まずやって見ることはセーフモードで立ち上げることです。それでダメならモニターを制御しているドライバーを入手してそれをＨＤに上書きして見ろと行っています。それでもダメならモニターのアダプタを調べろということで、もしそれがダメならメモリーダンプしてコンピュ－タのサポートデスクに相談しろということです。こうなったらもう、クリーンインストールするしかないですね。しかしこれをやるとＣドライブのメモリーはすべて消滅します。ですから常にバックアップを取っておくことが大切になります。 　これでダメなら工場送りとなります。この場合もデータは諦めろと言われ、通常修理代は補償期間が切れていれば数万円かかります。
