英文の繰り返しで立ち上がらない・・・

昨日まで問題なく使用していたのですが、 今朝電源を入れると、黒い画面に白い英文がずらーっと書いてある画面が表示され、数秒後に一瞬立ち上がりそうになり、またすぐに同じ黒い画面に戻るということを繰り返していて一向に立ち上がりません。 ↓こういうメッセージです(書留めました。) We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this. If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, chiise Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked. If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or becaouse the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows Normally. ・Safe Mode ・Safe Mode with Networking ・Safe Mode with Command Prompt ・Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked) ・Start Windows Normally ↑下の５つから選べるようになっています。 もし何が問題なのかわからなかったら　Start Windows Normally　を選べ （if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows Normally.） と書いてあったのでそれを選んでエンターを押しましたが、何も変わりませんでした。 その後他の４つも選んでみましたが、どれを選んでも同じで、 一瞬windowsのマークの画面になったかと思うとすぐにまた黒い画面に逆戻り。を繰り返しています。 パソコンは　Windows XP　で、一年前に海外で購入したものです。 なのでメッセージも英文です。 現在はもう一台持っている方のパソコンから質問しています。 修理会社にお願いした方がいいのでしょうか？ 金欠のためできるだけ自分で直したいと思うのですが。。。 アドバイスよろしくお願いします。

セーフモードで駄目なら初期化するしかないです。

＃1です。 どうもリカバリかけた方が早いような気がします。 リカバリをかけるとHDDは初期化されるんで、データはなくなります。 なのでリカバリ前に必要なファイルをどこかに退避させる必要があります。 回復コンソール…でもできそうですが、USBメモリやハードディスクがあれば、 knoppixを使ってファイルの移動ができます。 http://unit.aist.go.jp/itri/knoppix/index.html 「日本語版」とありますが、英語でも使えるんじゃなかったかな…

セーフモードが駄目なら 「Last Known Good Configuration」を試しましょう。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307852/ja これも駄目なら回復コンソールですね。 XPのインストールCDはありますか？ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314058/ja 最悪データの退避は回復コンソールで出来るでしょう。

そこまで英語力があるのでしたらお分かりでしょうが、Windowsの起動ができませんよというメッセージですよね。 昨日まで使えていたと言うことですが、昨日新しい機器を加えたり、新しいソフトをインストールしたりはしていないでしょうか？ もししていたのでしたらそれが原因だと思いますが、そうで無ければやっかいですね・・・ セーフモードでの立ち上げも無理とのことですので、WindowsのCDを入れて起動して、修復インストールを試してみるのも一つの手だと思います。 それでも無理ならOSの再インストールですね。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 新しいソフトは一週間前くらいにインストールしました。 それが原因ですかね？ windowsのCDを入れて修復　というのをやってみようと思って今CDを入れてみました。 CDを入れてrecoveryを選択すればいいんですよね・・・？ しかし選択したままの状態でうんともすんとも言わないのですが。。。 このまま待てばいいのでしょうか。 ちなみに修復でデータが消えてしまうことはありますか？ できれば残したいのですが・・・ 質問続きで申し訳ありません。

とりあえず、5個のうちの一番上(SafeMode)を試してみてください。 (これがセーフモードです) 起動ができたら何もしないで再起動をしてみてください。 それで直らなかったらリカバリが必要かもしれないです。

ご回答ありがとうございます。 セーフモードも試してみましたが、何も変わりませんでした・・・。 リカバリとは、修復のことですか？ 今までやったことがないのですが、修復するとデータは消えてしまったりしますか？
