使用中に突然黒い画面になり、エラーメッセージ（長い英文）が出ます

質問

会社で利用しているパソコンなんですが、使用中に黒い画面になり、エラーメッセージが出ます。
電源を落として再起動すると、使用可能になるのですが、上記の現象が時々発生します。原因が分からず、いつか起動しなくなってしまうのではないかと不安です。
エラーメッセージをを書き留めてみました。これを見て原因がお分かりになる方がいらっしゃったらぜひ教えて下さい。よろしくお願いします。

そのままメッセージに従うのが第一ステップでしょう。

一般に言う、ブルースクリーンではなさそうですので
起動不能になる前に、最近どのような作業をしたか確認されて
きちんと対処されたほうが良いかと思います。

ハードは追加していないので、可能性があるとすると
ソフトですね。私自身でソフトを追加した記憶はないのですが、
会社のパソコンなので、もしかしてそのような作業があったのかも
しれません。
月曜日に出社したら、課の人に聞いてみようと思います。

ドライバの不具合かメモリの故障ですね。

ビデオドライバが原因のケースは多いです。
ビデオドライバを入れ替えても改善しないなら、マニュアルの指示に従ってパソコンを再セットアップして下さい。それでも同じなら修理を依頼します。

バッテリドライバの問題のようですね。

ということは、お使いのパソコンは、ノートタイプでしょうか。
