WINDOWSのエラーメッセージ

質問

最近頻繁に下記のメッセージが出て、ＰＣがダウンしてしまいます。メッセージをご覧頂いて、原因として疑わしいものはなんでしょうか。最近ハード、ソフトとも特に追加したものはありません。ＯＳはWindowsXPです。

A problem has been detected and windows has been shuy down to prevent damage to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: win32k.sys

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED AREA

If this is the first time you've seen this stop erroe svreen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again,follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for windows updates you maight need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as catching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer. Press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

ふむふむ。STOPの原因がPAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAか・・・・こういう場合、主にマザボの不調、とくにメモリの故障が考えられるけど・・・・。
　メモリの差し替えを試してみるとどうだろうか。そのパソコンに取り付けられる余ったメモリがあったらそれに交換してみるとか。

　もう一つの可能性として、ある特定のウィルスにやられているかも知れない。ウィルスチェックしてみよう。

ご回答ありがとうございます。ウィルスチェックしましたが、感染ではないようです。メモリは余っているものがないのでまだやってみてはいないのですか、やはりそちらが疑わしいでしょうか。

違うかもしれないけど、念のためウィルスチェックしてみては？
