主語の語順について教えてください
よくニュースで、 Agnes Chan, a popular singer who has 2 sons said ～ The late French writer, Francoise Sagan, worte ～ というように人名が先になっている場合と、後に来る場合があるのですが、何かルールがあるのですか。また違いはあるのですか。 下の例では Francoise Sagan,the late French writer ではおかしいですか。 また 下の例で the late French writerではなく a late French writer にはならないですか。 教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

＞何かルールがあるのですか。 最初に来ているほうに重点があります。 Agnes Chan, a popular singer はアグネス・チャンという個人 The late French writer, Francoise Sagan,は作家としてのサガン ＞Francoise Sagan,the late French writer ではおかしいですか。 それでもＯＫです。ただし重点がちがいます。 ＞a late French writer にはならないですか。 普通はなりません。

Agnes Chan, a popular singer who has 2 sons said ～ 最初に人名で切り出すとき、そしてそのような歌手が 何にもいてその一人なら。。。 Popular singer Agnes Chan who... でも良い。 a も the もつけない。 The late French writer, Francoise Sagan, wrote ～ 既にそのような作家について述べられて、その作家である F。。。S。。。が。。。。と言う意味なら可。 そうではなくて書き出しならば、a も the もつけない。 Francoise Sagan,the late French writer 同じ。 または、the late French writer と定義される作家が唯一一人のとき。 このときthe は省略されることが多い。 Francoise Sagan, a late French writer 冒頭の例と同じ意味なら可。 ただし実際の使用は厳密ではないがおおむね上記のような 用法に従います。

こんにちは。受動態と過去分詞についていくつか質問があります。 1.過去分詞は必ずしも過去を表すとは限らないのに なぜそう呼ばれるのでしょうか？ 2.現在分詞が名詞を修飾する場合は、関係詞とbe動詞の現在形が省略されたと考えることが出来ますよね。 a girl singing a song. → a girl who is singing a song しかし、過去分詞の場合はどうでしょう。 a book writen by a famous writer → (1)a book which is written by a famous writer (2)a book which was written by a famous writer (3)a book which has been written by a famous writer どれが正しいんでしょうか？ 過去分詞にはすでに「～された」という意味があり、現にその本が現在あるのなら(2)でもいいような気がします。また、その本が書かれたのは過去の出来事なので(2)を使うのが妥当のような気がします。しかし、その本が過去に書かれて現在あるんでしたら(3)が一番正確にも思えます。 3.受動態の進行形ってどうやって表すんですか？ 4・能動態の文は通常 受動態の文に書き換えられますよね。しかし、意味的にはどう違うんでしょうか？ つまり、現実的には受動態にしたらおかしいとか、逆に受動態でなければならない場合ってあると思うんですが、具体例を挙げて説明してくださいませんか？ 以上4点です。その他、質問の項目の枠組みを超えて総合的に過去分詞と受動態について論理的な説明を出来る方、歓迎いたします。

英訳に挑んでみました。（文章自体は結構新しいものです） 英語に長ずる方、どうか添削をお願いします。 日本語： 来賓としてあいさつした作家の堺屋太一氏は「大阪から日本を再び世界に冠たる国にしたい。橋下改革で大阪維新を成功させよう」と訴えた。 （朝日新聞より） 自分の英語： Mr.Taichi Sakaya,who is a writer and had greeted everyone as a guest said that"Osaka wants to make Japan a famous country in the world.Let's make the Osaka restoration succeed by Hasimoto's reform !" 個人的にはやはり「大阪から日本を再び世界に冠たる国にしたい。」の部分がかなり気になります。どうしてもなかなか日本語の文意に沿った英訳ができません。 お願いします。
