パソコンが勝手に再起動します

質問

6/30にルーターを導入以降、勝手に再起動してしまいます。

一応ルーターのメーカーにも質問状は送ってあります。
ウイルスバスター2006を使っています。ウイルスチェックには何も引っ掛かりませんでした。

コントロールパネル内のシステムエラーで自動的に再起動するのチェックを外すとブルーバックのエラー画面になってしまいます。
以下にエラーメッセージの主だった部分を書きます。
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

管理ツールのイベントビューアでエラー内容を見ました。
コンピュータ既定 権限の設定では、CLSID
{BC866CF2-5486-41F7-B46B-9AA49CF3EBB1}
をもつ COM サーバー アプリケーションに対する ローカル アクティブ化 アクセス許可をユーザーNT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) に与えることはできません。このセキュリティのアクセス許可は、コンポーネント サービス管理ツールを使って変更できます。

A program, the Clsid displayed in the message, tried to start the DCOM server by using the DCOM infrastructure. Based on the security ID (SID), this user does not have the necessary permissions to start the DCOM server.
1. Using Regedit, navigate to the following registry value
HKCR\Clsid\clsid value\localserver32
The clsid value is the information displayed in the message.
2. In the right pane, double-click Default. The Edit String dialog box is displayed. Leave this dialog box open.
3. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
4. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Component Services.
5. In the Component Services snap-in, expand Computers, expand My Computer, and double-click DCOM Config.
6. In the right pane, locate the program by using its friendly name.
7. Right-click the program name, and then select Properties.
8. On the Security tab, in the Launch and Activation Permissions group box, select Customize, and then click Edit.
Add the user to the permissions list, and give the user the appropriate permissions.

一応この先のサイトの指示で、WindowsNetframeworkを削除してインストールし直しましたが直りません。

英文にありますF8のセーフモードで起動し「前回正常時の構成で」起動しても駄目でしたか？
最近インストールしたソフトなど最新版にしていますか？
最近インストールしたソフトをアンインストールしてみましたか・

Windowsファイアーウォールやパーソナルファイアーウォールでルーターを許可してみましたか？

＞WindowsNetframeworkを削除してインストールし直しましたが直りません

Windows Installerファイルが壊れることもありますが他のソフトをインストール（Windows Installerを使うソフトの場合）してもエラーなど出ますか？（Windows Installerを使うフリーソフトをインストールして壊れているかどうか試す）

ウイルスバスター2006の設定変更ではダメでした。

WindowsNetframeworkって削除したままじゃダメなんですかね。
何か、昔インストールしたときも何回かインストールに失敗していたような気がするのですが。

ここ1年以上何もインストールしていません。

Windowsファイアーウォールは切ってあります。
ウイルスバスター2006のパーソナルファイアーウォールは、ルーターを使わない設定になっていたので、ルーターを使う設定に切り替えました。

「Windows インストーラ エンジンの入手方法」はちょっとよく理解できませんでした。

一応ウイルスバスター2006の設定を変えたのでこれで様子見します。

でも、24時間以上まともに動き続けることもあって、いつ再起動するのか読めないんですよね。。。
