パソコンが勝手に再起動します
6/30にルーターを導入以降、勝手に再起動してしまいます。 一応ルーターのメーカーにも質問状は送ってあります。 ウイルスバスター2006を使っています。ウイルスチェックには何も引っ掛かりませんでした。 コントロールパネル内のシステムエラーで自動的に再起動するのチェックを外すとブルーバックのエラー画面になってしまいます。 以下にエラーメッセージの主だった部分を書きます。 Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. ＣＡＴＶですか。 なら今までからも、 Wake on LAN (WOL)「Wake up じゃなかったです＾＾；」 が起動しててもおかしくないような・・・。 で、ＢＩＯＳの設定を色々調べてみたんですが、 Wake on LAN 以外に Resume By WOL Wakeup on Ring Resume on Ring 等、色々あるようです。 http://homepage2.nifty.com/winfaq/c/9xboot.html#920 と、此処まで読んで、質問を読み返してみたら ＞ルーターを導入以降、勝手に再起動してしまいます。 なんですね・・・。 ルーターを導入後、勝手に起動と勘違いしておりました。（すいません） ＃２、＃３、＃７、さんのいわれている通り、 システムの不具合の方ですね・・・。 他に考えられるのは、ルーターのファームウェアの ＵＰデート位ですかね。 一度、ルーターメーカーのＵＰデート情報をご確認ください。 多分新しいのがでてるかと思われます。 いろいろ、迷走させてしまってすいませんでした。

ルーターを外して1週間、システムエラーが止まりました。 再度取り付けたらやはりシステムエラーが出ました。 ルーターを買った店に相談したら、ルーターが原因とは考えにくいけど交換してくれるとのこと。 で、店に行ったら別メーカーの製品と交換してくれました。 でもやはりシステムエラーが出ました。 プロバイダ兼回線業者に連絡したら、ドライバの不具合ではないかと。 もうどうにもならないって感じです。 パソコンを買い換えるしかないのかなあ。

言われてみると判りにくい書き方をしていますね。 ルーターを導入してから再起動するようになり、自動再起動を停止したらブルーバックのエラー画面になるわけで、 要約すれば、『ルーターを導入してからシステムエラーが出るようになった』ということですものね。 取り敢えず今回は、Wake on LAN の設定は関係ないのですか。 ルーターを外してからエラー画面が出なくなりました。 一応ルーターのメーカーから返事が来て、デバイスマネージャーの状態とかを教えてくれと言われたのですが、このまま数日様子を見て、ルーター導入が原因だと確定できるまで待とうと思います。
＃６、補足要求です ネットの環境はフレッツのような、 ＰＣ起動後ＩＤ，ＰＷを確認するようなものでしょうか？ それとも、yahoo ADSL のような、ＰＣ起動後に勝手に ネットワークに繋がる環境でしょうか？ ＞ルーターを導入以降 との事でしたので、参考までにお聞かせください。

今まで、CATVでインターネットをしていました。 PCを1台しか繋げないモデムだったんですけど、 最近、そのCATVのインターネットを光通信に変えまして、 そしたらそのモデムがルーター対応と言うことでルーターを買いました。 モデムに繋いだ状態でパソコンを立ち上げると勝手に繋がっているので、後者なのでしょうか？ ルーターは、PSPとDSの為だけに無線LAN機能付きのものを買ったんですけど、無線LANは関係あるのでしょうか。

＃４です。機種が書かれておりませんので一般的に。 最近のというより、５年以上前のＰＣでも、Wake up LAN機能は存在します。 メーカ製ＰＣなら、ルーターのメーカーに聞くより、ＰＣのメーカーサポートに連絡しましょう。

日本shuttleのキューブ型ベアボーンが気になったので、パソコンショップでスペックを指定して組んでもらいました。 なので一応は自作PCの部類に入りますね。 自分では組んでませんが。 日本shuttleのサイトを見てもちょっとよく分からないので、ショップに相談してみようと思います。

アップデートは自動更新任せなので、いつ何が入ったのか判らないのですが。 再セットアップって、上書きインストールするとかですか？ 95の頃はよくフォーマットしての再インストールとかしていたけど、98になってからは何故か何度も上書きインストールに失敗して結局出来なくて。そういったトラウマもあって、再セットアップが苦手です。 XPになってからは何か環境が変わりそうなのが怖くて再セットアップが出来ません。XPからXPに買い換えたときの環境移行に凄く苦労した思い出があるので、再セットアップは完全に壊れて使えないとかってところまで行かないとやる気になれないのが実情です。 再セットアップなら確実に直るというのなら腰を据えて取り組むんですけど。 折角アドバイスしてくれたのにごめんなさい。
こんばんわ NO,5です。 とりあえず電源を切るときにLANケーブルを外してみてはどうでしょう？。 これで、システムの不具合か、ルーター導入後のための 不具合かの切り分けが出来ると思うのですが

ネットに繋がらなければパソコンを立ち上げる意味がありませんので、ルーターを外してモデム直結で起動しました。 ネットに繋げないとこの回答も出来ませんし。 しばらくこれで様子見です。

＃１さんに１票、機種等不明ですので一般的に ＢＩＯＳもいろいろありますからね。 起動時に、ＤｅｌｅｔｅキーまたはＦ２キーを押します。これでＢＩＯＳに入れます。 これからが問題です。どこかに「Wake up LAN」（文字が同じかはわからない）があるはずです。それを「Ｄｉｓａｂｌｅ」にしましょう。
補足
BIOS設定画面に入って色々といじってみました。 色々な項目の階層の深いところまで見て、LANとあったのはOnchip LANだけだったので、これをDisableにしたらネットに繋がらなくなりました。当たり前ですが。 で、紹介してもらったサイトではPowerManagementのページにWake up LANがあったので念入りに探したのですが、やはり見付かりませんでした。 ちなみにBIOSは紹介してもらったところと同じくPhoenixでした。

補足
ルーター導入時には何もインストールしませんでした。 絶対に再起動しなくなったかどうかの確認には何日間か使用しても大丈夫じゃないと確認にならないと思われますので、ルーターを外すのは最終手段と言うことで、もうちょっと他のことを先に試したいと思います。

ウイルスバスター2006の設定変更ではダメでした。 WindowsNetframeworkって削除したままじゃダメなんですかね。 何か、昔インストールしたときも何回かインストールに失敗していたような気がするのですが。

自信がないので、組み立ててもらったショップに持ち込んで色々チェックしてもらおうと思います。 BIOSのアップデートとか、パソコン雑誌を見ていると色々な失敗例があるようで。
