パソコンが起動しなくなりました。
突然パソコンが起動しなくなりました。 黒い画面に白い文字で Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem: 1. File: ＼Boot＼BCD Status: 0xc000000f Info The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains .errors ------------------------------------------------------------------ 上記エラーが出るせいでデスクトップやMyドキュメント等に保存したデータをバックアップする事が出来ません。 別のPC(Win XP)で8が入ったHDDを外付けとして認識させてもどこにもデスクトップやドキュメントといったフォルダが存在しません。どうすればデスクトップ等に保存したデータを他のHDD等に移動させる事が出来るのか教えて下さいお願いします。

ファイルかプログラムかをどんどん消してしまったら、Windows Vistaが起動できなくなりました。 起動しようとすると、windowsが立ち上がらず、真っ黒の画面に以下のメッセージが出て、Enter を押しても、Escを押しても、また同じエラーメッセージに戻るというのをずっと繰り返します。 メッセージによると、「Windowsのインストールディスクを入れ、コンピューターを修復せよ」とありますが、どんなディスクを購入すれば良いでしょうか？ ヤフオクで見てみたら、いろいろあってわかりません。 1. リカバリCD？ 新規インストールCD？ 再インストールCD？ の どれを選べばいいのか 2. WindowsXP(32bit)からWindows7(64bit)にアップデートする過程でトラブルが起こりました． 互換性がないために，正規のアップデート方法がだめなので，BIOSでCD/DVDを最優先でブートするように設定して，試してみましたが，ブートマネージャー(以下のメッセージ)が出てしまいました． Windows failed to start. File: /windows/system32/boot/winload.exe status: 0xc000035a Info: Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not comfortable with 64-bit mode. この場合，どうすればいいですか？(ちなみに/windows/system32のフォルダを探してみましたが，bootという名前のフォルダは見つかりませんでした) ネットをいろいろ回ってみた所，"スタートアップの修復"がポイントだったようでしたが，第一その方法も分かりませんし，これによって解決する問題なのかも分からないので，質問させていただきました．
