トラブルが起きました・・。
ワードやネットなど作業中に突然、バックに青い画面と共にしたのような白い文字のメッセージが出て、止まってしまいます。 どのような対処をしたら良いのでしょうか？ A problem has been detected and windows has been shut to prevent damage to your computer. デバイスドライバの不具合だと思います。 まずは再起動して再発するか確かめます。 再発するようなら、インターネット作業中ということから、 ネットワークデバイス または ビデオデバイス（ビデオアダプタ） のドライバ更新をメーカサイトから探して適用してみることです。 解決しない場合はパソコンを再セットアップして下さい。 それでも駄目なら修理が必要です。
