FF11をやろうとしたらBIOS関係でトラブル

FF11をインストールして始めようとしましたら ブルーバック？になって下記の英文が書かれていました。 パソコンの知識がなく急いでいるのですがどうしたらいいのでしょうか？ 内容：A problem has been detected and Windows has beenshut down toprevent damege to your computer. nv4_disp.dll-Address で問題がでているようなので、ご自身のパソコンのディスプレイドライバ（チップセット統合型のチップセットを使っているならば、チップセット用のドライバ）を最新版に更新してみてはどうですか？
