CDを入れるとシャットダウンしてしまう。

質問

最近PCにCDをいれるとシャットダウンして青い画面になり英語で警告文？のような物が出てきて、まったく動作がきかなくなってしまいます。
英語に弱いので、どなたか詳しくわかる方居ましたら宜しくお願いします。
警告文は以下の文章です。
Aproblem has detcted and windows has been shut doen to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. If this screen appears agin,follow thers stop:
chck to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
Try shnging video adapters.
check with your hard ware vendor for any Bios updates.
Disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,
restart your computer,pres F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

通称ブルースクリーンですね。
ハードウェア的な故障、ＯＳの故障、ドライバの故障、ＨＤＤ領域の破損などが原因です。
エラーの出ているファイルがtfsnpool.sysのようなので、CD-ROMドライバが原因でしょう。
１．システムファイルチェッカー(sfc)を実行する。
２．ハードディスク全体のエラーチェックをする。
３．CD-ROMドライバを入れなおす。
をやれば解消できるでしょう。
